The Inputs and Analysis example uses a 6 m beam, two point loads and two distributed loads. Design Brain shows a verified repair to the original failing section. The batch example compares twenty beams with different design actions.
The Shear example uses a 300 × 700 mm beam with expanded strain, MCFT and capacity calculations. Required, proposed and supplied link reinforcement are shown separately. A separate regional detailing calculation shows 200, 275 and 300 mm link spacings under the analysed loads; Design Brain retains its uniform-spacing calculation.
